Do You Have Emergency Heat?
Do you have a backup secondary heater just in case your primary heater fails? We try to respond to every emergency heating call but sometimes there is to many variables that could cause us not to respond quickly. For example severe weather or a flood of no heat calls. So having an emergency backup heater is highly important. We recommend an infrared portable space heater. They heat on an average up to 1,000 sq. ft. and run on electricity. They can be purchased at your local Home Depot or Lowes for around $100.
These heaters are perfectly safe. They are safe around children and pets, only gets warm to the touch, and it does not have exposed heating elements that can cause a fire. So do yourself a favor if you do not have a backup heater please start considering about getting an infrared portable space heater. It could save you or your home from freezing.
